Thank you for choosing RJ Inflatables & Party Rentals for your entertainment/rental needs! We are a delivery-only company. Below is important quick reference information regarding our rental services.

Our items are not rented by the hour. The rental rate includes all day (between 6-8 hours) with the exception of parks and we do not charge for setup/breakdown. Rental rates are listed next to each unit. Sales tax will be added to your total at booking.

All inflatable rental locations must have the following electricity, level ground, and faucet (wet units only). It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure there is space (length, width, and height) to fit the unit. Please see the measurements of the unit located next to each unit's picture

For all inflatable unit rentals at parks, a generator is required. You can add them to your order or provide your own. Setup will occur when the renter is stationed at the park and pick is immediately after your event. The inflatable units or any rented inventory are not to be left unattended at any time.

For table and/or chair rentals we do not arrange or set up, delivery only. Please be advised only Party Rental items and/or Game rentals a flat rate delivery fee starting at $25 will be applied regardless of the service area. If rented with an inflatable and within our free delivery area(s) a delivery fee will not apply.

The rental rate is non-negotiable. A retainer is required in order to be considered booked. The retainer must be paid by the due date, if not, you are not booked and the invoice will be canceled. A rental agreement and State-issued ID are required for all rentals.

We only accept the following form(s) of payment:

Cash (exact amount), Credit, or Debit cards

    

Cancelation:  Be advised in the event you need to cancel, please contact our office as soon as possible to notify us. See the Policy tab for additional cancelation information.

Be advised due to several factors regarding our deliveries we can not provide a specific time of delivery. We do, however, provide a time frame for the delivery. This is provided at the time of booking and located on your invoice.
