Thank you for choosing RJ Inflatables & Party Rentals for your entertainment/rental needs! We are a delivery-only company. Below is important quick reference information regarding our rental services.

We rent year-round however, our water season begins this year on April 20th and ends on September 21st. We will not rent a water unit before or after these dates. Rental rates are listed next to each unit. We do not charge for setup/ breakdown.

All inflatable rental locations must have electricity, level ground, and faucet (wet units only). For water units, the renter must provide the water hose. The hose should be long enough to reach the unit at the desired setup space. A 100ft water hose can be added to your order for an additional fee. The renter is responsible for ensuring adequate space (length, width, and height) to fit the unit. Please see the measurements of the unit located next to each unit's picture. *We will not set up on slopes or hills. We reserve the right to cancel your rental if the setup space is a slope or hill*

A generator is required for all inflatable rentals at parks. You can add them to your order or provide one yourself. Setup will occur when the renter is stationed at the park and pick is immediately after your event. The inflatable unit(s) or any rented inventory are not to be left unattended at any time.

For table and/or chair rentals we do not arrange or set up, delivery only. Please be advised that for only Party Rental items and/or Game rentals the delivery fee starts at $25 and up depending on the service area. If rented with an inflatable and within our free delivery area(s) a delivery fee does not apply.

The rental rate is non-negotiable. A retainer/deposit is required to secure your rental item(s). The retainer/deposit must be paid by the due date, if not, you are not booked and the invoice will be canceled.

We only accept the following form(s) of payment:

Cash (exact amount), Cash App, Credit, or Debit cards

    

Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please contact our office as soon as possible however, no later than 6 pm the day before the service date to notify us of the cancellation.
