We are a delivery-only service provider. Below, you’ll find important quick-reference information about our rental services at RJ Inflatables & Party Rentals, LLC.
- We provide year-round rentals from Friday evening through Sunday, with weekday services available upon request and our availability.
- All inflatable rental locations must have access to electricity, level ground, and a faucet (for wet units only). For water units, the renter is required to provide a water hose long enough to reach the unit at the desired setup location. A 100ft water hose is available for an additional fee if needed. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the setup area has adequate space (length, width, and height) to accommodate the unit. Please refer to the measurements provided next to each unit’s picture for guidance. Please note: We do not set up on slopes or hills, and we reserve the right to cancel your rental if the designated setup area is not level.
- A generator is required for all inflatable rentals at parks. You have the option to add one to your order or provide your own. Setup will take place once the renter is on-site at the park, and pickup will occur immediately after your event. Please note that the inflatable unit(s) and any rented inventory must not be left unattended at any time.
- For table and/or chair rentals, we offer delivery only and do not provide setup or arrangement services.
- The rental rate is fixed and non-negotiable. A retainer/deposit is required to secure your rental item(s).
- We only accept the following form(s) of payment:
- Cash (exact amount), Cash App, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
- Weather Cancellation: Please be advised: When the customer "renter" knows of or is made aware of the forecasted weather and proceeds with a rental, once we arrive and set up the inflatable unit, all payment is non-refundable, and the inflatable service is non-transferable

Your safety comes first! In the event of dangerous weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your inflatable rental. If this happens, your deposit will be fully refunded. We know cancellations can be disappointing but keeping you and your guests safe is our #1 priority. Thank you for understanding! đŠī¸â
- Cancellation: If needed, please cancel one (1) day before your rental service date.
If you need to cancel, please notify our office immediately but no later than 6 p.m. the day before the service date.
