What is your Cancellation Policy?

📅 Cancellation Policy

The latest time to cancel your booking and receive a refund of your deposit is by 6:00 PM the day before your event.

• Cancellations made after this cutoff time will result in a non-refundable deposit, which can be applied as a credit toward a future rental or service.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible (478) 227-5724 so we can best accommodate your needs.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to helping make your event special!

Are you insured?

🛡️ Insurance

We are fully insured and happy to provide a copy of our Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
If your organization requires to be listed as an Additional Insured, we can provide an updated certificate within 48 hours of request.

Do you setup at parks?

🏞️ Park Events – Generator Requirements

For all events held at parks or outdoor public spaces, the following requirements apply:

• A generator is required to power our equipment, as our blowers are high-powered and need a stable energy source to operate safely and effectively.

• We charge a $100 generator rental fee.

• Each generator includes 4 outlets. Please consult with a team member to determine how many generators you'll need based on your rental items.

If your event location requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’re happy to provide one.

What surface areas can you setup an inflatable?

⛺ Setup & Surface Requirements

Our inflatables can be safely set up on a variety of surfaces, including grass, concrete, or even indoors. We use different anchoring systems to ensure safety and stability for every setup.

• Grass setups are anchored using long steel stakes driven into the ground.

• Hard surfaces like concrete and indoor setups are anchored using heavy-duty sandbags.

To ensure proper setup and equipment preparation, please inform us of the surface type at your event location when placing your reservation.

Are your inflatables and Party Rental items clean?

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety Guarantee

The safety and well-being of everyone enjoying our inflatables and party rentals are our top priority. That’s why all of our inflatable units and party rental items are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after/before every rental.

• Each unit is cleaned using commercial-grade vinyl cleaners.

• We disinfect and sanitize all surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

• After cleaning, every unit undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our standards for cleanliness and safety.

We are committed to delivering a clean, well-maintained, and safe inflatable and party rental experience—because you deserves nothing less.

Can I use a water on a Bounce House?

💦 Water Use Policy

Under no circumstances should water be used with an inflatable not specifically designed for water use, as this can damage the unit and create safety hazards.

We do offer a selection of water-compatible inflatables, such as waterslides and splash units. Please ask a team member about available water units for your event.

Important Guidelines:

• You must provide your own water hose, or you may rent one from us.

• If the inflatable will be set up at a distance from the water source, please ensure you have a hose long enough to reach the setup location.

• Keep in mind: The longer the hose, the lower the water pressure, which may reduce the effectiveness of the waterslide.

What time will you deliver and pick-up?

🚚 Delivery & Pickup Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and timely experience for every event. Please review the following delivery and pickup guidelines to help ensure everything runs as planned:

Delivery Time

• Delivery routes begin at 8:00 AM, so your rental may arrive any time between the delivery timeframe provided to you at booking.

• If you require a specific delivery time, please contact us after submitting your booking to inform us of the time needed.

Pickup Time

• The end time on your order is the time you are guaranteed to have use of the inflatable or rental items until.

• Our pickup route begins at 7:00 PM, to prioritize the safety of our drivers, especially during shorter daylight hours.
