How do I book?A: Simple! You can browse through our inventory, submit a booking request, or give us a call, and we will help you place your order and gladly answer any questions you might have.

What forms of payments do you accept?We accept Cash (exact amount), Credit and Debit cards, Cash App, and After Pay (please let us know if you will us this payment method).

We have rented from some new companies that are not license and no insurance. Are you licensed and insured?Since April 2015, we have been proudly serving our community. Our company is fully licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. Our inflatable technicians are highly trained professionals, specializing in the delivery and setup of inflatables.

What surfaces do you set up the inflatables?It is our practice to setup on grass and concrete areas only (our favorite and best for the kids is grass) for safety reasons. All inflatables must be staked or the use of sandbags. We also provide indoor setups. Please be mindful of the unit's measurement when considering indoor use and for outdoor use. Sorry, we cannot set up on any type of sand/dirty, mud, or rocks.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged the unit will deflate. For this reason, we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator with the capacity of 2000 watts. If your event has ended and the inflatable is no longer being used, you can turn the blower off. However, upon pick up our staff will inflate the unit to check for any damages and rinse the unit prior to leaving the location.

Does the price include setup and delivery for the inflatables?Yes, setup, break down, and a 100ft extension cord is included in the rental rate. For water inflatables a water hose is not provided, and the renter must provide or can be added to your order for an additional fee. A delivery fee indicated for the following cities below. Do you setup at parks?RJ Inflatables is licensed and insured for parks. We only setup at parks in located in Bibb, Peach, or Houston County. For inflatable rentals, a generator is necessary for parks without electrical access (it is the renter's responsibility to confirm this requirement). A generator can be included in your order for an additional charge. Additionally, park rentals are only valid while the renter is present at the park, and all items must be collected immediately after the event. The inflatable unit or any other equipment should never be left unattended.

When do you setup/deliver and pickup?We deliver inflatables and party rental items Friday- Sunday Only. Due to deliveries being complex at times, we provide a delivery window and will contact the customer prior to arriving to setup.

We´ve rented some really dirty inflatables and tables from other companies in the past. Do you clean your items?Yes, we clean and disinfect all inflatable units, tables, chairs, and games after every rental. You will be provided a rental information form which outlines items that are prohibited inside and on the units. Table rentals are required to have a tablecloth or covering. On the day of your rental, your rental item(s) are disinfected.

What happens if it rains the day of my rental?RJ Inflatables & Party Rental reserves the right to cancel any rental if there is a rain chance exceeding 30% or wind gusts stronger than 15 mph, as these conditions pose safety risks. While we strive to provide the best entertainment for your event, the safety of our guests and those using the equipment is our top priority. You may cancel your rental before we arrive for setup. However, once delivery and setup have been completed and payment has been collected, no refunds or adjustments will be issued due to weather conditions.

What if I need to cancel?In the event you need to cancel please contact our office 478- 227-5724 as soon as possible to advise you need to cancel, however no later than 6 pm the day before your rental.

What is the age range for the Bounce House, Combo units, or Waterslides?We have units for all ages! The recommended ages are as follows: Bounce house units- age range 1-10 Combo units- age range 1-12 Waterslide units- age range 4-18+
