We have been in operation since April 2015. Our company is licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. Our inflatable techs are trained professionals in delivering and inflatable setups.

It is our practice to setup on grass and concrete areas only (our favorite and best for the kids is grass) for safety reasons. All inflatables must be staked or the use of sandbags. We also provide indoor setups. Please be mindful of the unit's measurement when considering indoor use and for outdoor use. Sorry, we cannot set up on any type of sand/dirty, mud, or rocks.

A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged the unit will deflate. For this reason, we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator with the capacity of 2000 watts. If your event has ended and the inflatable is no longer being used, you can turn the blower off. However, upon pick up our staff will inflate the unit to check for any damages and rinse the unit prior to leaving the location.

Yes, for the following counties in Middle Georgia: Bibb, Houston, and Peach. A delivery fee may apply for other counties within our service area. Setup and break down is included in the rental rate.

RJ Inflatables is licensed and insured for all parks. We love setting up at parks. For inflatable rentals a generator is required for all parks. Also, the rental timeframe for parks is when the renter is stationed at the park and pickup is immediately after your event. The inflatable unit or any other inventory is not to be left unattended.

We deliver inflatables and party rental items Friday- Sunday Only. Due to deliveries being complex at times, we provide a delivery window and will contact the customer prior to arriving to setup. ​

Yes, we clean and disinfect all inflatable units, tables, chairs, and games after every rental. You will be provided a rental information form which outlines items that are prohibited inside and on the units. Table rentals are required to have a tablecloth or covering. On the day of your rental, your rental item(s) are disinfected.

RJ Inflatables & Party Rental reserve the right to cancel any rental in the event of rain chances greater than 30% and wind gust stronger than 15mph for safety reasons. While we understand you may want to have the best entertainment for your event, we must first consider the safety of those who will be utilizing the unit. You can also cancel your rental prior to us arriving to setup. However, once you have accepted deliver/setup and we have collected payment no refunds or adjustments will be made due to the weather.

In the event you need to cancel please contact our office 478- 227-5724 as soon as possible to advise you need to cancel, however no later than 6 pm the day before your rental.
