General Rules, Terms & Conditions
CHILDREN’S SAFETY IS IMPORTANT AND YOU PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN ENSURING THEIR SAFETY. YOUR SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE (Renter) OF RJ INFLATABLE AND PARTY RENTALS, LLC, THE SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN AND/OR PARTICIPANTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Only compatible age groups and sizes shall play on RJ INFLATABLE units at the same time. The maximum number of children and/or participants of each age group guideline is provided to you on the day of the rental.

All children and/or participants MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the RJ INFLATABLE unit. FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED! ABSOLUTELY NO “Silly String”, gum, candy, food, or other sticky substances are allowed in the unit. Please see your rental contract/agreement.

Water Season
We rent year-round however our water season begins this year on April 20th and ends September 21st. We will not rent a water unit before or after these dates.
DELIVERY:
We provide delivery /setup services Friday through Sunday unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. If possible, special delivery and pick-up times can be arranged in advance.
An adult over 18 years old MUST be present for delivery and present a valid ID.
Due to the unique nature of each delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Thus a “delivery window” is provided at the time of booking and displayed on your rental invoice. On the morning of your rental, a one (1) hour notice of our expected arrival will be provided to you.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE FOR SET UP:
The setup space must be cleared. The space must be large enough to accommodate the inflatable setup width and height and within 50ft of the electrical outlet. We will only connect our extension cord directly to the electrical outlet. We do not setup on slopes or hills. We reserve the right to cancel your rental if the setup location is a slope or hill.
BEFORE WE PICK UP:
Please remove ALL personal items (such as toys, clothing, etc.) from the unit(s).
Make sure the unit is in the same condition and location as it was delivered/set up.
If unit(s) is no longer being used before pick up, turn the blower motor off, and remove the cord from the outlet. However, we will inflate the unit for inspection before breaking down the unit.
In the event it rains while an inflatable is in your possession, please turn off each blower unit, detach it from the inflatable, and place it in a sheltered area to protect it from the elements.
BREAK DOWN:
Because the inflatable(s) require a specific roll/breakdown, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ROLL UP OR MOVE UNIT ahead of our scheduled pick up.
You are not required to be present for pick up as long as we have access to ALL RJ INFLATABLE equipment. This does NOT apply to set up in public venues.
Adults & Kids- TABLES, CHAIRS, AND TENT RENTALS:
A tablecloth or covering is required for all tables. Tables, tents, and chairs must remain at the delivery location. An extended rental fee will apply if a request is made to keep tables, chairs, or tents past the delivery pick-up time.

CANCELATION:
In the event, that the customer "renter" needs to cancel your rental, contact our office no later than one (1) day before your rental by 6 pm. All Cancellations MUST be made one (1) day before your service date located on your invoice by the close of business at 6 pm to receive a refund of your retainer and/or any funds paid towards your rental. If the customer "renter" does not cancel their rental service one (1) day before the rental service date located on your invoice, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund.
WEATHER / RAIN POLICY:
DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN GREATER THAN 30%, HIGH WINDS, ETC.), RJ INFLATABLES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR INFLATABLE RENTAL FOR SAFETY REASONS. In the event, that we cancel the retainer and any payment amount you have made will be refunded to you.
Please be advised: When the customer "renter" has knowledge of or is made aware of the forecasted weather and proceeds with a rental, once we arrive and set up the inflatable unit payment to include the retainer at that time is non-refundable or transferable. If needed please cancel one (1) day before your rental service date.
